Moderation

There are events that are better managed by a professional external moderator, e.g. meetings of company divisions, developmental workshops for teams, cross-departmental workshops, customer events, meetings for conflict resolution, etc.

As an external moderator I can appear independent and have distance to the issues. I have the ability to recognise the important aspects and to flexibly direct the discussions towards a possible result. In this way, “discussion ping pong”, rampant self-expression and “going round in circles”, etc. can be avoided and results can usually be achieved within a short space of time. A moderator should remain neutral; in terms of content, he can also be useful by providing ideas and proposing solutions.
